Reservation Policy

  • Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out time is 12 PM.
  • If our Check-In / Out timing does not suit your travel program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained, but prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer to our Reservation / Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
  • Please carry a valid government-issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
  • The Credit / Debit Card Holder should be one of the travellers if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if it appears that a customer is engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error.
  • We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplements on Christmas / New Year’s events or other festive periods. They need to be cleared separately.
  • Breakfast timings are 7:30 am – 10:30 am, henceforth, all requests will be chargeable.
  • Any Booking made on OTA’s (Online Travel Agent) for Group Booking [5 Rooms or More] will not be accepted and honored by the Resort.
  • Clients are suggested to Make Room Bookings with Resort Reservations Team Directly to get the best Deal for the Day.

        Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 15 or more days before check-in date will incur 25% charge for the Booking.
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur 50% charge for the Booking.
  • No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur a 100% charge for the booking.

        Amendment Policy

  • Amendments will be treated as cancellations.
  • Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.


        Note: Above Cancellation Policy Will not be applicable for Weddings / Corporate / Group Bookings, kindly refer to your booking contract for Cancellation / Retention Policy.
