We will provide your accommodation with skill and care. We do not accept responsibility if any death, personal injury, failure or deficiency of your accommodation arrangements is not caused by any fault of ours, meaning failure by ourselves to use reasonable skill and care in performing or providing the service in question. Please note it is your responsibility to show that reasonable skill and care has not been used if you wish to make a claim.

We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following: – (a) the fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or (b) the fault of a third party not connected with the provision of your accommodation by us which we could not have predicted or avoided or (c) an event or circumstance which could not have been predicted or avoided even after taking all reasonable care.

In addition
we will not be held responsible where you do not enjoy your stay or suffer any problems because of a reason you did not tell us about when you booked your stay; or where any problems you suffer did not result from any breach of our contract or other fault of ourselves, or any losses, expenses, costs or other sum you have suffered do not directly relate to our contract.

Furthermore, all breakages and any damage to our property or that of any affiliates or service providers beyond normal wear and tear must be paid for as billed by the management. We will not be held responsible for the loss or theft of any personal effects. As always, we urge all travellers to take out travel insurance.

Force Majeure
We regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of “force majeure”, meaning any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.

Reservation Policy
Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out Time is 12 PM.
If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your travel program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. The needs to be cleared separately.
Breakfast timings are 7:30 – 10:30 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.
Any Booking made on OTA’s(Online Travel Agent) for Group Booking [5 Rooms or More] will not accept and honored by the Resort.
Clients are suggested to Make Room Bookings with Resort Reservations Team Directly to get best Deal for the Day.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 15 or more days before check in date will incur 25% charge of the Booking.
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur 50% charge of the Booking.
No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
Amendment Policy
Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
Note : Above Cancellation Policy Will not be applicable for Weddings/Corporate/Group Bookings,kindly refer to your booking contract for Cancellation/Retention Policy.
